LondonAvoid! Avoid! Avoid! I wish I could give it 0 stars. I moved out of the property at the end of May and I'm still waiting for my deposit. The agent stopped answering my calls and replying to my emails. He thinks he can get away with keeping my deposit for no reason. The flat owner already got in touch with the TDS and is happy for it to be returned so there is no reason why the agent should keep it... I also had to wait almost 3 weeks for the agent to contact me after I gave my notice at the end of April (after many many phone calls and emails). If you value your money avoid this letting agency or say goodbye to your deposit! The agent is not an honest person, I don't recommend this agency! Stay away!
