About the Business
We care and are passionate about property. Our principals (who are landlords themselves) have over 19 years experience in investing, letting and managing properties. We will give our clients (whether they are landlords or tenants) a personal and indeed, a professional service. This part of our business deals specifically with lettings and estate management. We are members of the National Landlords Association and the Property Ombudsman Scheme, the latter meaning that we have professional indemnity and public liability insurance.
We are also accredited by the London Landlord Accreditation Scheme and the London Rental Standard Scheme. We cover Enfield, Edmonton, Southgate, Winchmore Hill, Palmers Green, Oakwood and their surrounding areas. We let and manage all types of properties in the areas mentioned above and achieve great rents.
