About the Business
The Osprey Management Company Limited was created in 1985 to manage luxury retirement properties. The demanding yet sensitive nature of this work requires total commitment, unusually high standards of service and our successful, hands-on approach soon attracted interest from developers and residents of non-retirement properties too. Today, we continue to apply the same high standards to the management of a wide variety of properties; retirement, non-retirement, flats, houses (and even some light commercial units) across London and the Home Counties.
We are dedicated to ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the communal properties in which our clients live and work. We provide an all-embracing range of management services. We can take care of the variable corporate and financial matters to do with company law as well as the many physical aspects concerning upkeep and maintenance. Our services are delivered according to requirements and always in an unobtrusive and courteous manner.
