About the Business
I set up plum lettings in 1990 and over these twenty plus years I have witnessed many changes in the letting industry, as well as the arrival and disappearance of numerous competitors. I believe our success and reputation has been built on the quality of service we provide for our landlords and tenants alike and as a lot of our business is generated by 'word of mouth' I am certain we must be doing something right!
In complete contrast to many of the large chains, you are assured of a very personal service, always speaking to the same small team of people, and I guarantee you will find that our terms of business are both transparent and extremely competitive. What's more, letting and management is our sole business, not just a 'side line'.
