Portico can trace it's history back to 1818, where it began life as Edmund Cude. Over the past two centuries, we have grown both organically and by acquisition and we now have 12 offices across London with more than 100 members of the team.
So for example, we have our own team of in-house tradesmen to help us maintain and refurbish our landlords' property. They deliver a level of reliability that it is hard to find in external contractors. Our entry level property management service includes a rental guarantee as standard, and our premium Concierge package includes assistance with tax planning and a complimentary maintenance "MOT" provided by one of our own handymen at the end of each tenancy. For Vendors, we offer a property make-over session before we begin marketing. So rather than just take pictures, we'll help you present your property in a way that maximises its appeal to your target purchaser profile.
