Newly founded by Neil Clarke and Carly Smith, (Formerly Paul Wallace, Kings & Haarts) who have been able to gleam the most positive prints from each previous employer, to put together the best possible sales & service package for each of our new clients. All our staff have the best training for their position to ensure a high level of ethical and professional advice.
We will use our experience to show your home to the right type of buyer. You will inevitably need to attract many viewers; our job will be to promote you property correctly not giving the appearance of wanting a quick sale, subsequently weakening your negotiating position. In order to achieve a sale we will use a combination of market tools.
Your property will benefit from accurate and well presented sales particulars, all of which have excellent quality colour digital photographs. When appropriate, internal and garden photographs will be taken.
