Philip runs the Residential Sales of the business with the support of his team, Sue Matthews and Amy Bignell. He is based in the Chalfont St Peter office, but can be found in both offices, as he oversees the lettings and management team which covers the whole of the Chalfonts and the Chilterns, as well as Middlesex. In addition to this he is involved with new homes and land. Timothy Rodgers is based in their South West office in Taunton and works closely with Philip and his team.
