We manage around 400 London properties on behalf of our landlords and our Asset Managers know the local London market inside out. We have also been recognised and awarded for the quality of our full let and management service. We're so confident in our service that we're offering all new landlords our award-winning let and management service at no charge for the initial 3 months. Young London questions every element of the 'traditional agency' set up and strives to provide landlords and residents with the service they deserve.
To aid us in our mission we took the bold step of rewarding our team according to the satisfaction of our residents and landlords, rather than on commission. With this approach we have won 27 awards to date; most recently we were crowned the UK's Best Lettings Agent 2013/14.
